Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, and customized cleaning schedules to help maintain consistently clean spaces.

Pricing depends on the size of the property, type of cleaning needed, condition of the space, and frequency of service. We provide customized quotes to ensure accurate pricing.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your scheduled cleaning appointment. The remaining balance is due according to the terms provided at booking. Deposits help reserve your service date and ensure availability for our clients.

We accept secure payment options including credit/debit cards and electronic payment methods. We do not accept cash payments. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once, and your deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date based on availability.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours before service forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or no-access situations forfeit the full deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

Refined Spaces may make exceptions for verified emergencies, severe weather, or special circumstances.
